Stoneground flours are milled at a lower tempreture thereby retaining more nutrients. It makes a wonderful wholemeal loaf, both with instant yeast and sourdough breads. Follow my Soft Wholemeal Bread recipe on my blog if you wish to try a scrummy loaf!
This flour only has 6% of the bran removed so it still has a great nutrient value.
