Jerky is the driest product in our range. Jerky is sliced into thin sheets before the drying process, this results in a chewier tougher product. Jerky is marinated in soy sauce resulting in a sweeter taste. Jerky is packed full of protein. This sweet and chewy MSA grade beef makes for the perfect addition to increase your daily protein intake.
