How to build an Acai bowl!

To make an acai superfood bowl with granola, blend a thick base using frozen acai and fruits, pour into a bowl, and finish with crunchy granola and other superfood toppings.

Step-by-Step Acai Superfood Bowl with Granola:

1.       Prepare the Acai Bowl Base

o    In a blender, combine:

§  1–2 packets frozen acai puree or 1–2 Tbsp acai powder

§  1 frozen banana

§  ½–1 cup frozen mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

§  ½ cup almond milk or plant milk (add more for desired thickness)

§  (Optional for extra superfoods) ½ cup frozen berries

o    Blend until smooth and thick, adding extra liquid only if needed for blending

2.      Pour and Serve

o    Scoop the thick blend into a bowl

3.      Add Granola and Superfood Toppings

o    Top with a generous handful of granola

o    Add other toppings, such as:

  • Fresh berries, sliced banana, or kiwi

  • Chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flaxseeds for extra superfood nutrition

  • Shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or a drizzle of nut butter

4.      Eat Immediately - YUM!
